Tomato and cucumber juice

Ingredients:Ingredients:

3 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
2 cups diced cucumber
1 stalk celery
3.4 drops of stevia (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt

Procedure:

Take a blender jar and add all the vegetables cut into it and process until well blended. Add sea salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. If you want your juice a little candy can add a few drops of stevia. Pour into a tall glass and serve garnish with mint leaves. This juice is perfect for the summer months.

Watercress and carrot juice

1 cup chopped watercress
2-3 medium carrots
2 tomatoes, diced Roma
½ cup spinach
½ cup cilantro
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Wash, peel and chop the carrots into small pieces. Chop the other vegetables. Add all the vegetables in a blender jar and process at high speed to blend well. Take a tall glass portion and pour the juice in it and garnish with cilantro spring. You can drink this juice early in the morning.

4-5 stalks celery
1 small beet, diced
1 cup coarsely chopped spinach
1 bunch cilantro
1 teaspoon sea salt

Procedure:

Take a blender, add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a glass and add a little lemon juice for a tangy flavor. This juice will help your body get rid of toxins and waste, thus acting as a great cleanser.
